We are excited about this new business. His name is Peter Bucholtz, who lives in Vienna, Austria. Can I close this sale and ship to him? Please email me your answer by Monday night next week, and tell me why specifically I can or cannot ship to him. Please list the ECCN # and tell me what it says in the country chart and the screening list. I do not care about Austrian laws just whether I can export or not.
