The United States is notexceptional; the menace has challenged many of her citizens since the 1980s. Having considered many victims who are incapable of accessingtreatment and medical care, the US Congress created the Ryan White Care of 1990 to facilitatemedical requirements for caring for uninsured people living with HIV/AIDS. This paper is,therefore, focusing on the five parts that make up the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Thisprogram gives a comprehensive system on primary clinical care for patients with HIV, especiallythose with low income and is underserved or uninsured.Along with medical care, the program provides essential support services andmedications. The program offers the stated services through grants which they fund the states,cities, and community-based organizations to facilitate care and treatment of HIV patientshailing from hard-to-reach populations.
